It’s alumni awards week at Syracuse Law! 🍊⚖️

We are proud to announce our 2026 alumni award honorees as a part of our Syracuse Law Magazine, which will be in mailboxes this month.

First up, receiving a Law Honors award, is the Honorable Bernadette Romano Clark L’89. Judge Clark is a trailblazer by any measure — the first woman elected president of the Law Student Senate at Syracuse Law, the first woman First Assistant District Attorney, first woman judge, and first woman elected to the New York State Supreme Court in Oneida County, NY. Judge Clark has never stopped giving back to the place she credits for much of her success, returning as a speaker, mentor, and philanthropic supporter throughout her career.
