I wouldn't be a good REALTOR®️ if I told every buyer that now is always the perfect time to buy.
I wouldn't be a good REALTOR®️ if I pushed a house simply because it checked boxes on paper but didn't feel right in real life.
I wouldn't be a good REALTOR®️ if I ignored red flags, rushed decisions, or treated a transaction like "just another deal."
And I definitely wouldn't be a good REALTOR®️ if I forgot that buying or selling a home is often tied to some of the biggest life changes people experience, such as marriage, divorce, growing families, downsizing, loss or new beginnings.
Being a good REALTOR®️ isn't about pressure. It's about listening.
It's about asking the hard questions, even when the answers might slow things down. It's about saying "this might not be the right one" instead of "let's just write it up."
I wouldn't be a good REALTOR®️ if I didn't respect my clients' timing, finances, or peace of mind.
Sometimes that means advising someone to wait. Sometimes it means telling a seller the price needs adjusting. Sometimes it means walking away from a deal altogether.
Beacuse my job isn't to sell houses. My job is to help people make good decisions, decisions they'll feel confiednt about long after the closing papers are signed.
If you're looking for someone who will, pressure, or gloss over details, I probably wouldn't be a good REALTOR®️ for you.
But if you want honesty, experience, and someone who puts your long-term well being first even when it's not the easy route, I'd be happy to help.
