Para octubre 2026, USCIS aceptará solicitudes de ajuste de estatus usando la tabla de "Fechas para Presentar" del Boletín de Visas, tanto en categorías familiares como de empleo.

✅ Para cónyuges e hijos menores de residentes permanentes, la tabla de Fechas para Presentar está vigente para TODOS los países.

⚠️ Presentar no es lo mismo que ser aprobado. Su caso solo puede aprobarse cuando su Fecha de Acción Final esté vigente. Cada caso requiere una revisión individual antes de presentar.

For October 2026, USCIS will accept adjustment of status applications using the "Dates for Filing" chart of the Visa Bulletin, for both family-based and employment-based categories.

✅ For spouses and minor children of permanent residents, the Dates for Filing chart is current for ALL countries.

⚠️ Filing is not the same as approval. Your case can only be approved when your Final Action Date is current. Each case requires an individual review before filing.
