The end of August was busy in the best ways.

A few closings, a lot of moving pieces, and even more people behind the scenes making it all happen.

We post the “Just Sold” picture, but what you don't see is everything and everyone it took to get there. Buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, attorneys, insurance agents, inspectors, cleaners, movers, HOA contacts... the list goes on.

Some of these transactions I represented the seller, some the buyer, and some both sides, but one thing stays the same: real estate is very much a team effort.

There are SO many relationships and contacts involved in just one transaction. Problems get solved, deadlines get met, approximately 700 emails get sent 😂 and somehow we all make it to the closing table.

So while I'm incredibly grateful for a busy month and some great sales, I'm even more grateful for the people I get to work alongside to make them happen.
