If life is a rollercoaster, last week was the loops. Between the grief of saying goodbye to my husband's grandmother and the excitement of my daughter getting engaged, I was running on empty.
I decided the only way to handle the noise was to trade it for the sound of hooves. I spent my weekend in Idaho at a stunning eventing facility, working with my amazing trainer who helped me clear my head and reset. It’s amazing how quickly the weight of the world lifts when you’re back in the saddle. Truly the best therapy there is. There is just something about a thoroughbred for me.❤️🐴
