Merry Christmas from the lawyers and staff of the Traughber Law Office and the Todd County Attorney’s Office. Our office will be closed the week of Christmas and on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day for us to celebrate the season with family and friends.

With the addition of Dylan Eddleman to the staff full-time, we needed to expand the office space to give us room to work. David Haley and his team did a remarkable job turning the old hotel barbershop into new office space. There are still some finishing touches to add but we’re thrilled with David’s work. He was able to update the space to make it user friendly and appropriate for office space while keeping historical elements intact. Thanks David!

We’re pleased to announce that law clerk Dylan Eddleman has been admitted to the practice of law in Kentucky! He will now serve as Assistant Todd County Attorney and Associate Attorney to Jeffrey B. Traughber, Attorney at Law. Dylan’s focus in the private practice will be in real estate transactions, estates and estate planning, and business organizations. As Assistant Todd County Attorney, he will assist the County Attorney in the prosecution of all misdemeanor and traffic offenses in the Todd District Court and in advising the Todd Fiscal Court. Dylan is a native Todd Countian and a TCCHS graduate. He is the son of Cindy Howard Law and the grandson of the late Sheril and Virginia Howard. Dylan is married to Madalyn (Orr) Eddleman and is excited to begin his practice of law in his hometown!
