Cecil County Property tax bills were recently mailed to the property/owner listed with the State of Maryland Assessment and Taxation. If you have a client who purchased or sold property in Cecil County between July 1, 2025 and June 30, 2026, please reach out to them. Have them check their bills for accuracy. Check for incorrect assessment, missing exemptions, incorrect mailing address and/or property address. To review current balances or check for red flags regarding delinquent charges or tax sales, use the Cecil County Munis Self Service Portal. https://cecilco.munisselfservice.com/css/citizens/default.aspx
