Oh, my sweet youngsters! 🥹🏡❤️

Hard work, discipline, determination & focus—they didn’t let anything get in the way of their goal of becoming first-time homeowners!

It all started when a friend from high school reached out and said, “My daughter and her fiancé are wanting information about different types of loans, first-time buyer programs, and possibly low down payment options. Can you help?”

ABSOLUTELY! 🙋🏼‍♀️

They got pre-approved, we saw MANY homes, they fell in love with a couple, made offers, lost out on a couple….and kept going. They didn’t get discouraged or give up. And eventually, all of that patience and persistence led them to THE ONE! 🏡

And the icing on the cake? We closed a WEEK EARLY! 🎉 Jan Hill Edwards at Ruoff never fails when it comes to exceptional mortgage service!

Now, these two are spending the weekend getting settled into their very first home, and I couldn’t be happier for them. There’s something extra special about watching young people work hard, stay focused, and accomplish such a HUGE goal together.
