This one took me a minute to figure out what to say… honestly, it took me a minute to even write this because I kept crying. Because what I do is not just a transaction — these are families I am helping.

Years ago, I met Tabitha through a referral. I sold her home during a really hard time in her life — going through a divorce and being a breast cancer survivor. She’s one of the strongest women I know.

Then she met Sam… and let me just say — this man LOVES his wife. Period. He is an incredible husband and an even better human. I truly love Sam.

From there, I sold Sam’s home, and then I had the honor of helping them buy a home together — what we all thought would be their forever home.

But life doesn’t always go the way we plan.

Once upon a time, I moved into my very first home… and ended up next door to some of the best neighbors you could ever ask for. Meet Scott.

And how crazy is this — we both had twins, and we both have daughters named Kyleigh. Like… what are the odds of that?! That alone made moving next door feel like it was meant to be.

His daughter quickly became my babysitter and friend, and over the years, our lives stayed connected in the best way. Fast forward a few years — I’ve had the honor of helping his son buy and sell a home, his daughter’s husband sell then them buy, and recently his other son… and now, it’s his turn. (And currently his other son)

Life has a funny way of bringing people in and out of your life through different chapters, but this one feels extra special. When I first lived next door 14 years ago, I didn’t even have my real estate license yet — and now here we are, full circle.

It just goes to show, God places people in your life for a reason. Sometimes it’s for a moment… and sometimes it’s for years down the road.
