The most damaging down payment myth is believing you have to put down 20% in order to buy a home. It stops the home buying process before it can even start!

According to the NAR (National Assoc. of Relators) the median down payment hasn’t been 20% since 2005..

First-time home buyers median down payment is only 7%! For a $150,000 home that’s only $10,000, compared to $30,000 for 20% down.
