I am no longer located at 312 N. Mulberry St. I practice from my home office. The physical location is not open to the public. My new mailing address for the office is P.O. Box 771, Elizabethtown, KY. 42702. The phone number has not changed and is still 270-765-7181. I am still practicing full time. Call if you need anything. When I am in court i cannot answer but will call you back.

Soon will have been practicing for 43 years. Think I've still got another 7 in me. After 50 years attorneys no longer have to pay dues ! In the meantime if you need an experienced attorney I am a phone call away.

As you may know I am currently a candidate for Hardin Circuit Judge, Div. 3. If I come in first or second in the primary on May 17, 2022, I will continue as a candidate into the November election. If I am not either first or second I will be done. In either case whether I continue as a candidate or not, I will still be practicing law since even if I am elected judge I would not take office until January of 2023. So, I can still be your attorney at least for the remainder of this year, and possibly longer. Just wanted everyone to know you can still call me with your legal questions, problems or issues.

Courts are gradually going back to in person appearances. In some cases you have the option of appearing virtually or in person. In other cases you may only be able to appear virtually. While in others you may only be able to appear in person. I call the clerk's or judge's office in the county where I need to appear to see what the protocol is for the specific court I need to be in. Best to check a day or so in advance. Things can change.

The office is now open for in office appointments. Of course social distancing guidelines must be followed. If you need an appointment call and I will give you instructions.

During the Covid-19 period my office will continue to be open by appointment only. In person visits will be limited and discouraged until May 31st. Many services can be provided by phone, email, and regular mail. The Hardin County Courthouse remains closed to visitors at least until May 31st unless the Supreme Court changes its mandate. However, court cases can still be filed by attorneys either by paper filing or e-filing. Free phone consultations are still available. If you call and there is no answer leave your name, phone number, and brief message and I will call you back. I hope everyone remains safe and healthy.
