Urging all NY’ers to avoid walking on sidewalk cellar doors. With so many stores shuttered due to covid, so many properties have fallen into disrepair.

My client is lucky to be alive after this fall through a poorly maintained cellar door. The Harlem building has a long history of building code violations and a vacant pizzeria occupying the ground level. Building owners need to be vigilant in discovering and correcting problems—before tragedy strikes. Rest assured that those responsible will be held to account.

Glad to contribute my two cents on the legality of vaccination requirements at private venues as they increasingly adopt vaccination-based restrictions for their patrons.

The author does a great job reporting on whether vaccination passes could become the new normal.

The percentage of people testing positive for COVID-19 in the city is at 1.1%, but Mayor Bill de Blasio and city health officials want that number even lower.

As of June 1, 2021, people who reside in the state of New Jersey and do NOT have a Personal Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) or social will be able to schedule appointments to obtain driver's licenses regardless of their immigration status.

Injured at work? Here’s what your employer doesn’t want you to know...

Work related injuries are a special type of injury that need to be handled differently than a non-work related injury case. In fact, you may need a worker’s compensation lawyer in addition to a personal injury lawyer in order to win the full amount of compensation you deserve.

Frightening accident footage depicted.

Dash-cams can be your best friend. Not only can they record what happened in the event of an auto accident and avoid a he said/she said scenario, they can also be used to catch wrongdoers who flee the scene.

Fortunately for the individual here, their dash-cam captured enough information from the truck that caused this accident to make a positive identification and bring a claim against the hit-and-run truck driver.
