I had such a great time at our yearly Texas REALTORS®️ 360 meeting, where we got a 360 degree view👀 of the real estate landscape from the leaders in our Texas Association. Thank you to the Texas leadership team for coming down to our El Paso community and informing us of what is changing, growing, shrinking, and developing in the state in terms of real estate 🏠🏡 . I left the room with so much more than I arrived with, and am STILL processing everything as I write this right now.

Real estate is one way to access capital and increase your net worth. Homeowner’s net worths are 40x more than renters, so I wonder, why not invest in that?
