Congratulations to the Corral family on the successful sale of their home. Similar to the Moras, I had the opportunity to assist the Corral family with purchasing their home and she trusted me with the sale of her home 🥳!

This transaction involved multiple components, making it a complex sale. The buyers had their own home to sell before purchasing Julianna's, which is a contingency in real estate where the sale of one property is dependent on the sale of another. With a looming deadline for the Corral family's new purchase, we faced a challenge. The buyers' home in New Mexico needed to sell for them to purchase Julianna's, and Julianna's had to sell for my client to buy her new home. Mid-transaction, we switched lenders, which is allowed in real estate transactions.

After 60 days of navigating these complexities and switching lenders, we successfully closed the sale of Julianna's home 🏡
