You can reserve these luxury condos now! Phase I of the long-awaited mixed-use development at the Village at Avon has cleared Final Design Review Board approval and is moving toward a summer 2026 groundbreaking.

The 6-acre project is planned for the northeast corner of Beaver Creek Boulevard and Chapel Place in Avon. It will include a Whole Foods Market occupying roughly 26,000 square feet, Skjól, a 117-unit luxury condominium building, and two retail outlot pads.

Including Phase I, the Village at Avon consists of 40 acres entitled for future mixed-use development, including retail, hospitality, housing, parks and community infrastructure. The project team includes Kensington Development Partners, Jasmine Development Group, the Town of Avon, Breckenridge Grand Vacations, MV+A Architects, DTJ Design Inc. and Martin/Martin Inc.

What’s happening vs perception! Now these are averages! Highest Vail Village listing is $45,000,000. Highest Beaver Creek listing is $24,750,000. Big difference, though both mountains are in the same valley, they traditionally command different prices. Waiting for some closings, but they are $26 and $16 million.

My favorite listing in our neighborhood of Singletree right now. Passed it on the 6th Hole of the Sonnenalp Golf Course last night on a solo 9 hole afternoon. Talk about a great find! This home is on a cul-du-sac, with massive ceilings and one of the few Sonoran Style southwest architecture left. I love these because of the ability to modernize is already there! The contemporary Sonoran this could be updated with raw tactile materials, patinated copper, lots of black and fresh hard edges like so many new builds out there in the world of luxury.
