Today is World Mental Health Day! Did you know that spending time in nature can help decrease stress and anxiety and increase feelings of happiness and wellbeing?

Being in nature forces you to unplug, giving your brain important downtime from every day stressors. When we are outdoors, we often breathe deeper and slower which helps calm us down. Breathing fresh air also helps regulate stress hormones.

Get out in nature today - any kind of green space will do!
