Had three other cases yesterday. One was a driving under DUI suspension where person was looking at another year suspension plus jail time. Cop amended citation for 500 dollar fine. He agreed to amend to equipment violation.

Was supposed to go to Huntington county court yesterday for a boating dui. However, because of a su***de in front of the court house it was canceled. Horrible. I think the person was a defendant looking at a third offense dui.
