Over the years he has become a respected Realtor and Manager and a recognized specialist in Land and New Home Sales. and managed the marketing of townhomes at Monocacy Village in Bethlehem and The Highlands in Easton. Along the way, he has been active in the community and is a past President of The Easton Area Jaycees. In the early 2000’s he was instrumental in the development of the Land and New Homes Division of The Paragon Real Estate Group. Early in 2007, John formed The McDonald Team, specializing in Land and New Home Sales and General Real Estate, and in 2008 joined Real Living Action Realty. In 2014 with over 40 successful years in business, John achieved the prestigious status of “Realtor Emeritus”. In early 2019 John was appointed Sales Manager of Real Living Action Realty’s Northampton County Regional Office located in Palmer Township. In July of 2022 Action Realty became “JPAR Real Estate-Action Realty”. As part of the JPAR Action Realty management team, John oversees Sales activities, recruiting, and mentor training. He is dedicated to the career development and success of all JPAR Action Realty Associates. The McDonald Team, including Elizabeth Miksits, practices General Real Estate with an emphasis on Residential and Commercial Land sales, and New Homes Sales and has expanded their reach into Commercial Real Estate.
