Then the day finally came when the keys had to be turned over.

Massachusetts has strong tenant protections for a reason. But protection should never become permission to take advantage of someone else’s livelihood.

Behind every rental property is often a real person carrying real bills, real stress, and real responsibility.

If you can pay your rent, pay it.
If you’re struggling, communicate.
If you need help, ask for resources.

But intentionally working the system while someone else absorbs the financial damage isn’t “beating the landlord.”

It’s hurting another household.

I welcome you with gratitude, purpose, intentionality, and alignment.

I’m grateful for every chapter that brought me here, the beautiful ones, the difficult ones, the answered prayers, the redirections, and even the moments I didn’t understand at the time.

At 46, I’m choosing to live more intentionally. To protect my peace. To honor my purpose. To be mindful of where I invest my time, energy, and heart. And most importantly, to stay aligned with God’s plan for my life.

This season is not about proving anything. It’s about becoming more of who I was created to be.

My clients were locked into the MassHousing grant program before it officially expired on July 2, and today they are officially homeowners! 🏡🔑

This is a reminder that timing matters, but preparation matters even more. Because they were ready to act when the opportunity presented itself, they were able to secure grant funds that helped make homeownership possible.
