Congrats to Jay and Aryn on their new home. They knew buying may make more sense than owning and they gave me a call. We came up with a budget, their file was pre-underwritten and with in a few weeks they were in agreement on a house thanks to Lisa Halajko, Realtor of Blu Sky Real Estate. Here they are closed 22 days from when their file was initially disclosed. They also were able to get the $17,500 grant from RIHousing. Thanks to all parties involved for moving this along to meet timelines and with the help of Slepkow, Slepkow & Associates, Inc. they got their keys 🔑 today.
