UPDATE: Depo-Provera Meningioma Litigation
A significant development has occurred in the Depo-Provera litigation. A settlement program has been established between plaintiffs’ leadership and the Pfizer defendants, creating a potential path toward resolution for many claimants.
📌 The parties estimate that approximately 80% of plaintiffs in the federal multidistrict litigation (MDL) may be eligible to participate.
📅 November 30, 2026, is the registration deadline for participation in this round of the MDL settlement program. Claims outside the MDL may be subject to different timelines.
While the settlement marks an important milestone, eligibility is not automatic, and individual settlement amounts have not been publicly disclosed.
