I am looking to Hire a Process Server (Entry Level) This is not a simple Courier Service, Service of Process is like the Tip of the Judicial Spear. Without our Services Court Cases would Stay in Limbo for some time. Here at Civil Matters Legal Services, we operate with in these 3 words (Integrity, Dignity and Ethically.) To sum it all up if you can't operate within these boundaries that I set up for myself over 30 yrs. ago then please do not respond. We are a Legal Services Company that is dealing with Official Court Documents, Investigations, and Mobile Notary Services too. This is a Family owned and operated business located in Moss Point (Hurley) Mississippi. We have been in business since 2017 and over the past couple of years we have had approx. 3,115 Services. This business is staffed by me and my son Noah Baptista
Whatever rumors you have heard about this Industry I would leave them checked in your junk room. You will be trained by myself, and Noah We do require Background Checks completed in house, I will need a valid copy of your Mississippi or Alabama Driver's License, furthermore I also need a copy of your Car Insurance before you start on the job. Background Checks that bring back some bad deeds from your past don't worry about that at this time, but I do expect the truth if asked. If you have a Felony non-violent or repeat offender, come back we can sit down and talk about if you're good fit for our business. There are just a few felonies where I must turn you away such as R**e, Abuse of a child or elderly person, Perjury is obviously not tolerated at any time as Honesty is your Number 1 qualification.
I can talk to you in person about how we pay and when to expect paychecks. Please don't send me a bunch of Resume's Those of us who have had to use them pretty much they were thrown in the trash after they became bored trust me - been there - done that. If we hire you, it will be from your spoken words to my questions simple as that...
You must have a drivable vehicle as for your uniform that will be up to you as long as not wearing a Branded T-shirt that is supporting any group gang or drugs your welcome to wear shorts and a lite shirt. Here at civilmatters.net (Civil Matters Legal Services) You will need to sign an Independent Contractors Agreement valid for 90 days from your start date once your 90 days have closed, we will sit down again just to see how you like working with us and for me to let you know where my confidence level sits when it comes to sending you out alone, I would never send anyone out to Serve a defendant if that Server was not comfortable yet.
