✨🏡Another week of helping amazing people take big steps toward their next chapter — and I don’t take a single moment for granted.🫶

One of our favorite days of the year!
CGA Family Baseball Day⚾️🧢🏟️

So thankful to be part of a brokerage that truly supports its agents and our families. Nothing beats a day at the ballpark with the people you love.

✨It’s never just about the house — it’s about the life built inside it. It’s not about the time spent searching or even the paycheck at the end. It’s about helping people take the next step toward the life they’ve imagined. It’s about turning dreams of homeownership into reality. I’m grateful every day to do what I love and to be part of something so meaningful. 🏡

🏡Home Tip Tuesday
There’s NOTHING hotter than the real estate market in summer, but let’s keep your home cool!

1. Switch to LED bulbs: They give off less heat and save on energy.
2. Skip the oven: Try grilling or no-cook meals to avoid heating up the kitchen.

Stay cool and comfortable and hydrated during this heat!

🏡Home Tip Tuesday🏡

It’s been a very rainy spring here in Connecticut, and with summer just around the corner, now’s the time to protect your home from moisture overload!

Tip #1: Clear Out Those Gutters & Downspouts
With all the recent rain, clogged gutters can lead to leaks and even basement flooding. Make sure water is draining away from your foundation!

Tip #2: Inspect Windows & Doors
Heavy spring rain can expose weak spots. Reseal or caulk any areas where water may be sneaking in—your future self (and energy bill) will thank you.

✨Bonus: Check your yard for standing water or soggy spots—these can attract mosquitoes and damage your lawn!🦟

If you’re thinking about buying or selling this season, let’s chat!

🏡 Home Tip Tuesday ☀️

Summer is almost here — time to get your home ready to stay cool and comfy!

Did you know... Ceiling fans don’t actually lower the temperature - they just help your body feel cooler by moving the air. So, switching your fan to rotate counterclockwise pushes cool air down, giving you that fresh breeze and helping reduce your AC usage!

🔥 Pro tip: Close your blinds during the hottest part of the day to block out up to 30% of unwanted heat. That can make a huge difference on your energy bill!
