A graduate of the College of Holy Cross and Roger Williams School of Law, Stefanie A. Murphy is licensed in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut since 2005. Since her graduation from Law School, Attorney Murphy has prosecuted in District Court and has represented hundreds of clients charged with DUI and Refusals in the State of Rhode Island. Stefanie Murphy has handled cases in the Superior
and District Court and in the Traffic Tribunal successfully. Her cases have ranged from DUI death resulting to dui and chemical test refusals. She is a leading expert in the State of Rhode Island in the area of DUI and Refusals. Attorney Murphy has authored/co-authored the following articles in her field:
