The City of Dubuque has applied for federal funding for a Lead Water Service Line Replacement Pilot Program. If funding is secured for the program, replacement of lead water service lines will begin in spring 2024 and be completed by the end of 2026.

📬 Mailed ballots must be returned to our office by 8:00 PM tonight in order to be counted.
