There’s SO much that goes into getting a home ready to sell, and I think a few things deserve to make it to the top of your list. 👉 Swipe for the things I’d tackle if I were getting my own home ready to list!

The biggest thing? Don’t wait until you’re ready to list to start. Give yourself some breathing room to make repairs, neutralize the space, declutter, deep clean, and take care of all those little things you’ve been putting off.

When in all honesty, they could be using the VA Home Loan over and over again to build wealth with every PCS—and here’s how they do it👇

They purchase a home at each duty station, rent it out, then sell the properties when it’s time to buy their forever home.

OR

They sell at each PCS and use the proceeds as a down payment on their next house—and a down payment can also reduce their VA funding fee.

There’s a big difference between understanding the military lifestyle and actually living it.

Being a military spouse has taught me how to adapt, communicate clearly, navigate tight timelines, and understand the stress that comes with a PCS.

It’s also given me a firsthand understanding of what it takes to make a new duty station feel like home, and that perspective shapes how I serve my clients every day.
