Longoria & Kelly is pleased to announce the addition of Marlowe E. Zamora to our team. Marlowe is an Eagle Pass native. His interest in rocks, minerals, and energy formed due to his acceptance into the Jackson School of Geosciences' GeoFORCE program while he was a student at Eagle Pass High School. This interest further crystalized when he studied at The Jackson School at The University of Texas in Austin, Texas. Afterwards, Marlowe attended St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, where he participated as a student attorney in the Consumer Protection Clinical Program. He also completed a summer internship at the Railroad Commission of Texas through the Oil, Gas and Energy Resources Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. Upon becoming a licensed attorney, Marlowe served the counties of Maverick, Dimmit, and Zavala as an Assistant District Attorney for the 293rd District Attorney's Office. Marlowe is eager to lean on his broad educational and work background to serve the clients of Longoria & Kelly, PLLC.

Longoria & Kelly, PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of Tiffany Williams to our team. Tiffany joins the firm as an Associate Attorney. Tiffany is originally from Laredo, Texas and is the daughter of Todd Williams, a Carrizo Springs native and Tracy Sanchez, a Laredo native. Her strong South Texas roots make her a great asset to our team. Tiffany graduated from New York Law School in New York City. Tiffany will be primarily practicing out of our Carrizo Springs office.

We would like to announce the newest addition to our team, Tiffany Williams!

Tiffany Williams is originally from Laredo, Texas and attended law school at New York Law School in New York City. As a South Texas native, Tiffany proudly serves her community as a Law Clerk of Longoria & Kelly, PLLC. Tiffany sat for the Texas Bar Exam in February 2023 and is awaiting her results. Tiffany will focus on Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Business Law, and Civil Litigation, along with Probate Law. Tiffany assists landowners and businesses in oil and gas related matters, including but not limited to lease negotiations and disputes, and other surface issues. She additionally handles litigation and transactional matters involving transfer of property interests, title disputes, and a variety of other property related disputes. While in law school, Tiffany was on the Family Law Review Journal and volunteered as a Courtroom Advocate for domestic violence victims.

Tiffany is the daughter of Todd Williams, a Carrizo Springs native and Tracy Sanchez, a Laredo native. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and being outdoors. Growing up, Tiffany was actively involved in 4-H and FFA, and now volunteers at Casa de Misericordia, a domestic violence shelter based in South Texas.

Court Chief Justice Nathan Hecht, and Texas
Young Lawyers Association President Jeanine
Rispoli. Kathryn was invited to serve as an advisory member of the State Bar of Texas Real Estate Forms Committee. We are very proud of Kathryn’s accomplishments and her continued service to the State Bar of Texas.
