Our 40-hour Supreme Court of Indiana approved domestic mediation training is coming up next month, and there are still seats available.

This is a hands-on week. You'll learn the core skills of mediation and then practice them in real-world simulations with experienced coaches by your side. Mark Roscoe leads the training, and we're joined by a great group of guest presenters:

Amy Applegate (IU Maurer School of Law), designer of the MASIC screening tool

Magistrate Mark Hardwick (Porter County) on ADR rules, ethics, and settlement agreements

Jill Swope on family law and case law

Kate Vena on keeping the best interests of children at the center

You don't need to be an attorney to become a domestic mediator. Many great mediators come from teaching, counseling, social work, HR, business, and many other backgrounds. If you're good at helping people work things out, this training can turn that gift into a career.

We had such a fun weekend last week at Paws in the Park raising money for Humane Indiana Indiana! Congrats to Mary for winning the raffle for a $100.00 gift card to Pets Supplies Plus! Thrilled to support Humane Indiana at this weekend’s Paws in the Park in Munster, IN! It was an incredible event filled with activities, and a special shoutout to our intern, Johanna for stepping up to the plate—whether it was pitching our services or whipping up some delicious cotton candy, she nailed it!
