📸 Meet Dustin Scholfield of Drone Dude Durango

Born and raised in Durango, Dustin is a Durango High School and Fort Lewis College graduate, so this landscape isn't just a backdrop. It's home.

Through Drone Dude Durango, he captures Southwest Colorado from the air and on the ground: real estate listings, construction progress, property and infrastructure inspections, business promos, events, and cinematic footage of the Animas River, lakes, and mountain country around town. He also shoots interior photos using HDR photography, so rooms look bright, balanced, and true to life.

The goal is simple: give local businesses and homeowners a view they can't get from a phone snapshot, so properties look better, projects are easier to document, and marketing actually stands out. Whether you need aerial video, stills, interiors, or a conversation about what the right photos can do for your listing or job site, Dustin keeps it practical, local, and professional.
