Moving to Calvert County and stuck between cities?

Sometimes the stars align and everything clicks into place perfectly.

Tom needed out of his apartment and into his first home before August. The lovely referred him to me for the North Beach area. We only looked at two houses before finding his dream home with a yard, garage space, and somewhere where he can move his boat closer to him.
The challenge? Another offer was on the table and we needed to close in 16 days to beat the other one.

We made it happen. Under list price, seller handled inspection items, and Tom had his keys in exactly 16 days. Now he’s growing vegetables in his backyard instead of starting his garden on his tiny apartment deck.

Ok ok - I don’t get to brag on myself much - but ya girl received a SMAR Platinum award in 2025 all while having a baby in August - and yanno - living this crazy life with 4 kiddos ages 6 and under. 2025 was my full year back as a solo agent, and honestly it has been a dream.
