Our 3rd Quarterly Luncheon was held today at the always fun Kochendorfer Craft Brewing Company, with delicious food from Dicintio's Pizza in Marlow! 🍕

We had a lot to celebrate and even more to be thankful for. This year, we’ve doubled our contributions back to our community through fundraisers and donations supporting scholarships, local nonprofits, and our schools. We also collected school supplies from our members to distribute to a couple of schools in the next couple of days.
Giving back is one of the things that makes our association so special, and we’re incredibly proud of what our membership continues to accomplish together. ❤️

Congratulations to Alexis Sanchez, Perkins Realty, who was presented the Friendly Dollar by Karl Jacobs, RE/MAX of Duncan. This long standing tradition recognizes someone who is helpful, positive, and simply delightful to work alongside. Alexis, you exemplify what it means to lead through service. Congratulations! 👏

Our guest speaker, Mackenzie Payne, newly elected Stephens County Assessors Office , did a phenomenal job breaking down property taxes, exemptions, and so many of the questions our members had. She made a complicated subject easy to understand and was incredibly generous with her time and knowledge.

If you’re planning an event and need a great speaker, we truly recommend asking Mackenzie to join you. She was fantastic!

A huge thank you to our wonderful hosts, our fabulous luncheon committee, and everyone who helped make another quarterly gathering such a success.

What a night! 💙🎬🍿

Last night was everything we hoped it would be — and then some!

The Duncan Association of REALTORS® was so excited to provide FREE admission to the live-action Moana at the Palace Theatre, and WOW… our community showed up! The turnout was incredible, and seeing so many families enjoying a night together was the best part. 🥰

And then there were a couple of incredibly generous people who quietly stepped up and made sure that no child was turned away at the concession stand simply because they didn’t have money. That kind of generosity says so much about the community we live in. ❤️

A HUGE thank you to Haylee and her entire team at the Palace Theatre for helping make the night so special and for always taking such great care of our community.

And to our incredible Duncan community — THANK YOU! You showed up, filled the theatre, brought the smiles, and made this event better than we could have imagined.

This is exactly why we love being part of this community. ❤️
