What a question: when IS the right time? I know you're expecting me to say, right now! However, that's not my answer. Buying a home will be one of the greatest financial decisions you'll make in life, and all market stats and data aside, the most important part of buying a home is when YOU'RE ready. The first step in deciding that for yourself should be with an agent you can trust to give you the knowledge and expertise you need to be able to make that decision. You should ask questions and gain as much information as possible, and then decide if this is the right time for you to buy. Remember, this is all about what is best for YOU and your future.
