Joe is a graduate of the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia and Syracuse University College of Law in Syracuse, New York. Joe is admitted to practice law in all of the state courts of Georgia. He is also admitted to practice in several federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Georgia, the Middle District of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of

Appeals. Joe is an active member of the legal community, both on the local and state levels. He has served as President of the Gwinnett County Bar Association. Additionally, he has served on the Activities Committee of the State Bar of Georgia. He is a Champion member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA).

I love making house calls. I am in Dawsonville signing up our 7th new case today. Charlee (two Es) was friendly and did a good job protecting her crew. With the encroachment of AI and DocuSign, the temptation is always there to automate more and more of what we do, but something always gets lost in that. I appreciate my clients still giving me the chance and I get to know them and their families.
