Puppy Pool Day was a splash, and a great example of the impact thoughtful resident programming can have. 🐶

At our communities, resident events are more than just fun on-site activities. They’re opportunities to strengthen engagement and create experiences that contribute to a strong sense of community.

Last month we celebrated a great week and an even greater team! 🎉 Our 4th Annual Family Picnic capped off our first-ever Spirit Week, filled with fun themes like Throwback '80s (to when T&R Properties was founded), daily gifts of appreciation, and plenty of employee camaraderie. We ended the week at Cumberland Trail Golf Club with food, music, raffle prizes, and a Christmas in July celebration.

Thank you to our employees, their families and guests, and our vendor partners for making this tradition so special. Here's to another great year together!

🌟 Thank You for Making Our 3rd Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive a Record-Breaking Success! 🌟

We’re thrilled to announce that this year’s Thanksgiving Food Drive was our most successful yet, with the largest number of donations we’ve ever collected! 🎉

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our team, residents, and community members, we were able to support local organizations dedicated to feeding those in need within the communities we proudly serve. Your contributions are helping to make a real difference this holiday season. 💙

The photo below shows donations collected from our Columbus-area properties alone—a testament to the amazing effort across our locations! We’re already looking forward to next year’s food drive and aiming even higher to support our neighbors.
