The CLE covered some of the major concepts of real estate appraisal while utilizing an appraiser for legal purposes such as divorce, tax assessment appeals and estate sales.

Baldi and Bucks County Prothonotary Coleen Christian. The topic: “The Docket is Sacred”, about the importance of maintaining an accurate docket for the Bucks County Civil Court division.
