To those serving a DUI related license suspension, help is on the way.

Only about 25 days to go until the effective date of the law creating the Ignition Interlock Limited License.

For many people, they will be allowed to drive right away. For many others, there period of time not driving will be halved.

This is a big and wonderful step to lessening the harsh penalty of not driving following a DUI conviction or a refusal to submit to chemical testing.

Very thrilling yesterday when my website designers called me to tell me that they had launched my website. After all the time, work, energy, it felt wonderful to hear the news.

All the work is done and I look forward to serving the community, as I have for more than 12 years.

Good attorneys are sensitive to their client's needs and can provide relief just by sharing information and telling the client what will happen. I love fulfilling that role.

Finding a way to win a case is a never-ending thrill. Winning in court will always be a special pleasure (only a few things feel so good). Seeing a client get sober and clean - fantastic.

This is a dream come true. I have always wanted to open my own law firm, and now it has finally happened. My father, a CPA, had his own firm. Now I have mine.
As the saying goes: "To Dare Is To Do"
Or, as the song goes, "I did it my way."
