Pregnancy Workers Fairness Act - Goes Into Effect June 27, 2023
-Gives Pregnant Employees the Right to Accommodations
-Gives Pregnant Employees Protection from Retaliation for Requesting an Accomodation.
PUMP Act - Went into Effect December 29, 2022
-Employers are required to provide lactation break time and space to previously uncovered workers (teachers, registered nurses, farmworkers, and others)
