I am also a very passionate Phillies fan! Newman has been a practicing attorney for over thirty years. Richard specializes in Elder Law and Special Needs Law. His practice is devoted to serving some of the most vulnerable members of our society and the families that are caring for them. He is currently a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, El

der Law Section. He is also an active member of the Bucks County Bar Association, the Academy of Special Needs Planners, the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce and Rotary International. Richard graduated from Temple University School of Law in 1986 and received his undergraduate degree from Temple University in 1983, at which time he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
