I was honored to have JAMS Fellow, Judge Viktoria Antonova, shadow one of my recent mediations. Judge Antonova is a Judge at the Commercial Court in Kyiv, Ukraine. She shared with me hair-raising accounts of conducting judicial proceedings during rocket and drone attacks. Think about that.

What's wrong with us. Don't get me started on the cultural divide that exists in this country. We as a species can and should do better. Let's start today.
