🎊 Just sold this gorgeous 3 bed, 2.5 bath condo in Station Square, downtown Livermore — walking distance to everything!

This one was a rollercoaster. I listed it a little under the last comp, but then another identical unit hit the market way lower. My sellers were crushed. We dropped our price, they dropped theirs even more, then another one came on at the same low price. We were suddenly the highest of three identical condos.

Instead of chasing the market down, we held steady. One of the others went pending, we made one final adjustment, and boom — full price offer, quick close, happy clients.
