Ok guys, forgive me if this offends you, just scroll on by if it does but I’ve had 2 friends reach out to me after my open house this weekend who didn’t know I’m an active, full time realtor which says to me, I’m not doing a good job letting my friends know I’m in real estate. First off, I don’t expect any of my friends to use my services just because we know one another, everyone knows a good realtor (and some bad ones) or is related to one; it’s a huge decision and who you work with really matters. I’m never upset or offended if a friend uses someone else because the stakes are very high in this business, I trust in Jesus to connect us if we’re the right fit. Plus, there’s no way I could help everyone I know and have time for all the things I love doing in addition to selling real estate! I have a very full life with lots of activities and a huge sphere of friends and acquaintances I’ve developed through work, church, ministries, volunteering and just generally being a complete extrovert. My email list has over 2000 people on it and that’s ALOT of love and friendship in my life! so this isn’t a guilt post either. This is my personal fb page, not a business page, I really try hard not to monetize this platform and be “that guy” always asking for business. I try hard not offend anyone and when I do make a Real Estate related post I usually am just showing what I’m doing with my time. That being said, both of my friends who reached out after their listings were live asked me to help sell them which also says to me, they do trust in my ability. So, if you are even THINKING about buying, selling or leasing please let me have the opportunity to discuss how our firm can maximize your ability to meet your goals. Integrity in what I do is extremely important to me and I think I’m a pretty good realtor, too!
