It's still the right time to sell. The buyer pool has decreased, but so has supply. Spring is right around the corner when the buyer pool increases in size. Interest rate concerns are beginning to wane, but the shift to a buyers market is expected to expand in the second quarter and last through 2024

This market is something else. We expect more of the same through 2023, hopefully at a slower pace than the last 6 months. Home prices haven't fallen yet due to the shortage of inventory. But the sales process takes longer and hard work is the secret to success.
