Just sold Menifee.

This was a year in the making! When clients contacted her, they were in a pretty tough spot. The husband had recently transferred for a new job out of state, and the wife had just given birth. A notice of default had been issued, and time was ticking. Thanks to our combined negotiation skills, we were able to delay the foreclosure and give them the time they needed to sell the property. We are extremely grateful for their trust, patience, and commitment to allow us to see things through. My first job.

I just got back from a final walk-through and as I was driving down Bristol Street in Santa Ana, I noticed the 7-Eleven I used to work at when I was 10 years old. So many things have changed since 1982. The parking lot seemed a lot bigger. I remember my job was to sweep the parking lot and stock the candy and sweep the inside of the store. The owners back then were gracious enough to give me a shot. And even though it was a dollar an hour for 1 hour a day for 7 days a week, it was the beginning of my work history.

The Ownership has changed over the years and I met a very nice gentleman who had been working there for 22 years.

It was nice to relive my childhood and remembering all the good times I had working and the joy it felt being able to give my mom $5 a week to help with groceries.

Thank you 7-Eleven 🙏 and the owners of that franchise for teaching me the value of hard work and responsibility.
