Chicago Area in the middle of February may have had a big impact on my appreciation for Home Ownership. Unlike letting others control how I run my home as s tenant, as my own “Landlord” I have full control and I get to choose how to run my House… and I get to pay myself every time I pay my mortgage. As a First-Generation immigrant, paying my mortgage is a very tangible way for me to build wealth and live the Big American Dream. Being a Real Estate Broker is a great way to help others reach for the Dream… If I can do it, other people can do it also, and I can show them how. As a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), I approach every Real Estate transaction as a “mini-project” from Start (Initiating) to Finnish (Close), and everything else in-between including the RISK Analysis and Communication. My focus in every Real Estate Transaction is the achievement of a win-win goal. I have been around the blocks a few times in other careers and profession, and I know that it is possible to achieve a WIN-WIN Outcome in every Real Estate Transaction. I do enjoy making money through real estate investing, but the most fulfilling experience is helping buyers settle into their newly purchased homes, especially for those “First-Time Home Owners.” My Wife and Three Children help me stay focused in every transaction when we reflect on our Family’s journey toward home ownership.

For most of us, clean water is just a few steps away. We turn on the faucet without thinking twice. But for millions of children and families, the daily search for water can mean walking miles — only to return home with water that may make them sick.
That is why I run. 🏃🏾‍♂️💧
Every mile reminds me of someone who should not have to walk miles for unsafe water.
