I am doing my annual toy drive for children in need in the local area.

For all my local folks I've been honored to team up with Mr. Moribund's Theatre of Terror for the 3rd year!!! The big Christmas Scarole is this Friday and Sat!!! You can drop your toys off there before the show!!! Isn't he just a wonderful holiday scary horror host!!!

There are fears that an impending recession may cause 🏠home values to drop. Although counterintuitive, this 📈graph shows how well home values have performed through the vast majority of recessions.

As you can see in the graph since 1975, the only recession where home values dropped was during the 2007-2008 recession and that was because housing is what put us into the recession. After the home prices stopped dropping, we had a huge rally in home prices ever since and we are still in that rally.

So still a great time to buy a home based on historic data. We may be entering a recession but it is not because of housing so history shows home prices may continue to climb.

Always remember, the right time to buy a house is when you are ready to buy a house 🏠.
