My business philosophy is based on performance. I would rather have very few listings that I believe in, instead of having a number of listings that I am unsure or uneasy about. I don't abide by the philosophy of "throwing as many listings against the wall hoping that a certain percentage of them stick." If I did this, I would not be true to myself—and if I can't be true to myself, then how can I be true to my clients?
