Frank C. Winn ([email protected]): Frank Winn graduated from West Georgia College with a B.A. in 1974 and Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law in 1978. He served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Tallapoosa Judicial Circuit from 1978-1982; he was the first District Attorney for the Douglas Judicial Circuit from 1983-1990; and he has been in private practice since 1990.
Frank has conducted over 150 jury trials and 100% of his practice is devoted to litigation. His areas of practice include: Criminal Law, Homicide, Sexual Offenses, Violent Crimes & Assault, Drug Crimes, Theft Crimes, DUI/DWI, Traffic Violations, Criminal Appeals, Personal Injury – Plaintiff, and Civil Litigation.
