Very blessed to have a lot of old clients and referral sources still contacting us at Accruit LLC! Also blessed to be part of a great Accruit team which includes my fellow attorney Marty Edwards. We may have lost a step but we’ve got a lot of experience under our belts.

It’s been a whirlwind for the last couple months and we at Accruit have had great opportunities to facilitate numerous exchanges that benefit all the parties involved. Last week I was privileged to present on 1031 exchanges to the Tax Section of the Utah State Bar in SLC and then worked a couple days with our amazing team in the Denver office. Our Exchange Manager program is awesome! Nothing like if in the industry. But in the midst of all your business we hope you are enjoying this Holiday Season with family and friends.

Yesterday I spent a couple hours in Helena, Montana with the professionals at Century 21 Heritage Realty talking about the current status of 1031 property exchanges and the expertise we provide at Accruit. Great turnout which is one of the reasons these folks are perennial service award winners!
