WalletHub has just published America's top-ranked healthiest cities, and what should be to no one's surprise, California has 30 of the top healthiest 160 cities across the country.
For all the noise we all hear about "Calif this and Cali that" (insert criticism), it's easy for residents to take for granted the great things about "the Golden State".
Were these healthy pursuits? Hell, YES! Now for all of "boomers", other priorities have emerged; and healthcare is at the top of the list.
So, along with high tech, green energy, and natural beauty, California leads the nation in another essential facet of the modern world. Healthy cities!
Note: There are 182 cities ranked, San Bernadino was the last (at #160) California city.
Note: 5 Texas cities ranked lower than San Bernadino, including #181 Laredo and #182 Brownsville.
Each city's "Overall Rank" was determined by a Total Score; comprised of these major factors: Health Care, Food, Fitness, and Green Space.
