A customer went to Optica at Somerset Mall to get his glasses repaired. Although his Cartier glasses were still under warranty, he was denied service, harassed, then removed from the store. Once removed from the store, Optica called Somerset Security to imply he was stealing.

Somerset responds by cornering him and beating him up.

The City of Troy responded by charging the customer with two misdemeanors!

BTW, Somerset has a no touch policy!!!


This must stop!
